Our customers are extremely valuable to us and we aim to provide the highest levels of customer service and product standard.  We hope that you never have cause to complain to us but in the unlikely event that you do wish to complain, our Refund Policy is as follows:-

Goods can be refunded where a customer identifies a fault not described or identified within the product description.

All reasonable refund costs (ie postage) will be reimbursed by us.

Refund payment can be made by Paypal or cheque.

Please contact us by email in the event that you feel the need to complain and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
